With the development of new COVID19 variants and current surge in Omicron variant, it is more and more important to get vaccinated, wear mask and minimize gathering with crowds including with family members and friends who do not live with you.

We only get variants because people are getting infected.  Respiratory illnesses like COVID19 spread based on human behavior. The mRNA vaccines, Pfizer and Moderna, are safe and effective.

The CDC has recently updated it's recommendations regarding who should self-quarantine and for how long.
