Things are getting better when it comes to the pandemic. We still get several calls per month from patients who are infected with COVID19. We must stay a head of the virus and reduce the chance of infection, serial illness and development of new variants by staying updated with recommended COVID19 vaccinations. 

Mask wearing is still required in healthcare facilities. Than you.

We have SAME DAY appointments, Urgent Care appointments. As your medical home, we know you. Instead of going to ER for non-emergency medical issues or going to specialist, Call Us First to evaluate you situation. You can call or use the Patient Portal. Patient Portal is not be used on nonbusiness hours for urgent medical issues. 

Medication Refills

It is very important to ensure that you have adequate supply of your long-term medications for conditions such as:

Diabetes, High Blood pressure, Heart Disease, Asthma, Seizures, and Blood Thinners.

  1. Please contact the office 1 week before completion of your final refill. Press option 1.

  2. Call us before the weekend or holidays when office might be closed.

  3. You can also have your pharmacy contact our office.

  4. Use the patient portal for faster response. Avoid telephone calls and phone prompts.

  5. Set reminders on your phones to let you know when refills are due.

We encourage all of our patients with a smartphone or computer with internet access to get a Patient Portal Account. This allows 24/7 access to medical records. You can pay your bills, request refills, get lab results faster, request appointments, seek non-emergent medical advice and request referrals without the hassle of a phone call or waiting on hold. You must have an email account.
