We encourage all of our patients with a smartphone or computer with internet access to get a Patient Portal Account. This allows 24/7 access to medical records. You can pay your bills, request refills, get lab results faster, request appointments, seek non-emergent medical advice and request referrals without the hassle of a phone call or waiting on hold. COVID19 Vaccine Update 4/20/2023
If you have received a monovalent COVID19 vaccine, you can get a single dose of a bivalent vaccine.
Most people who already received a single dose of a bivalent vaccine dose not need another dose.
If you are 65 years of age or older, you may get another dose of bivalent vaccine at least 4 months after the first bivalent booster.
If you have never had a COVID19 vaccine, you can get a single dose bivalent vaccine.
If you are immunocompromised and have already received a bivalent vaccine, you may receive one at least two months later. You may get additional doses based on the advise of your physician.
The original monovalent series are no longer available or recommended.
Same Day Appointments

We have SAME DAY appointments, Urgent Care appointments. As your medical home, we know you. Instead of going to ER for non-emergency medical issues or going to specialist, Call Us First to evaluate you situation. You can call or use the Patient Portal. Patient Portal is not be used on nonbusiness hours for urgent medical issues.
Medication Refills

It is very important to ensure that you have adequate supply of your long-term medications for conditions such as:
Diabetes, High Blood pressure, Heart Disease, Asthma, Seizures, and Blood Thinners.

Please contact the office 1 week before completion of your final refill. Press option 1.

Call us before the weekend or holidays when office might be closed.

You can also have your pharmacy contact our office.

Use the patient portal for faster response. Avoid telephone calls and phone prompts.
